My vehicle was in for 4th repair attempt for the same issue (a/c blowing hot). Two compressors had already been replaced and a supposed electrical problem was remedied, but left me with the same issue returning shortly after leaving. This is a vehicle that I drive long distances for work. I am typically gone m-f. This problem would pop up when i was several hours from home, leaving me to drive the vehicle for several days until I could return for repair. Once the diagnosis was done, all I received was a text message saying that the engine harness and a/c harness needed to be replaced to the tune of $3000 with no explanation as to why. I had to call in to get this from my advisor. While I was given s rental car for the week and it was appreciated, I also felt like this should’ve been a given since the vehicle had been in 3 previous times for repair. With a repair bill as high as this car has required in the last 3 months ($4700), I expect to be contacted and spoken to about any needed repairs.

excellent experience from beginning to end. the accuracy of my car assessment was on point. laurie was amazing. having fruit snacks and a basketball goal game was a plus for my 14 year old who was waiting waiting with me.
