made appointment with laurie and when i arrived she was right there to greet me. laurie went over what was needed to be none and explained the process and time. laurie came out to me in the waiting area to go over what may be needed now and in the future. before i knew it, laurie had me back in the vehicle before i knew it. laurie has always been professional and knowledgeable. look forward in see her again.
