laurie is an excellent service advisor. she always explains everything in detail and has excellent follow through and does her best to get me in and out as quickly as possible.

Good overall experience. They called me in sooner than scheduled which allowed other appts in the day. Service was professional and on time. However, when I restarted my vehicle on the next stop, I had a Maintenance Alert "Other", when I researched it, they did not reset the oil sensor. I was able to do that on my own, but i would have been unhappy to drive all the way back to the dealership not knowing it was a simple fix.

greeted as soon as i arrived, very professional and personable. told me exactly what he was doing and how long it would take. directed me to the lounge area and kept me updated by txt msg throughout the stay. the only surprise was how long the 20k maintenance took, 1 hour and 15 min, outstanding. he did a final walk around of my truck before handing it off to me to make sure everything was ready, another outstanding professional service.

it was great. so far the changing of the battery seems to have been the problem. chris always does a great job.
