I always get top notch customer service at Coggin Nissan. The staff is customer driven. I would NEVER take my vehicle to another Nissan Dealership.

If it wasn’t for Laurie this would be a zero because of the Lyft service being terrible. I was relying on it to get me to work on time I eventually ended up taking an Uber on my own dime (which Laurie reimbursed me for). Drop off was 7am and I didn’t leave the dealership until 830.

I made an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced Christmas Eve. Laurie was efficient, professional and got me in and out, even with a few issues. She is always on her game and makes sure I know what is going on, every step of the way. I will say it again, as I always do, Laurie is why I come back to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic . I have been a customer for a quarter of a century. First because of Stacey Wilson and now Laurie Beck-Butler. She is simply the best!
