Excellent

This is and has been the actual best car buying experience that I have ever gone through. Nelly, the Sales representative is absolutely the most incredible person I have worked with to date. I went in to resolve a problem with a 14 year old Nissan Versa, which did not seem like it could be fixed. I began working with Nelly and her patience and knowledge ae unbelievable. I did not complete the transaction yet, as my car is okay at the moment, another testimony to the excellent service the Service Department performed, and at this moment I do not feel I have to rush into anything. I will still be purchasing an automobile, and at least 99% it will be another Nissan Versa, but I feel like I can really read up on features, etc. that my very basic 14 year old car did not have. In short, Nelly and her team are brilliant!

I took my car in for my regular oil change. Harvy is my go to person and as always he was very friendly and helpful in going over the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was done in approximately an hour! I am always pleased with my experience at Nissan.

Very professional team at Coggin Nissan. A high degree of communication. I was able to dialog over the phone, email, and text. The deal we discussed was put in writing and was the deal I received at the dealership. Preprocessing made the transaction an easy in and out in about 1 hour.
