My car reported low air in the front passenger side tire. I called around 3PM to see if I could come in. They said ok, but I might have to wait a while. I was there by 4:15PM. They checked all tires and made sure all were properly inflated and gave me reminders for upcoming maintenance. I was not charged anything for the service. I left satisfied. This was a blessing.

My Service Advisor, Ted Iszard was professional, courteous and Very Helpful in taking care of my Nissan Versa's needs. I was very pleased with the Quick, Prompt Service and Very Professional Service that I received when visiting recently!

My nissan experience.. I took my vehicle to Nissan for a recommended repair of my power steering pressure hose due to leak. This diagnostoc was given after an unrelated service I had performed a few weeks prior. I had a service appointment at 9:20am but I arrived just before 9:00am. I decided to wait for the repair as I was told it would only take a couple of hours. I tried to do as much as a person could in an auto facility to consume time. When I looked around it was almost 3:00pm. The service rep came to me to advise that my car was ready but the steering wheel would be slightly stiff during idle but that once I pressed the gas it would drive as normal. She advised I may need a power steering pump. I got in my car to leave and I could not maneuver my vehicle at all. It took all my strength to turn the car around as I decided to drive back into the service lane. I spoke again with the service rep and advised her that there is no way I can leave here with my car in this condition. I was visibly upset and discouraged as I had just paid almost $500 for a pressure hose. Now my vehicle is worst off than it was when I drove it there. It did have a leak but it drove fine. Im tired and very hungry as I had only eaten the snacks in the waiting room. She advised she would take my vehicle back into the service area as there may be air in the line of the pressure hose. I went back into the waiting area. She comes back and requested I follow her to speak directly with the technician. The tech advised that my issue is pointing to a bad power steering pump of which would be an $800 repair. "My goodness. There is no way I can do that. There is no way I can leave with my car like this either. Why didn't you guys tell me I needed a power steering pump when ya'll did the prior repair so I could have been more prepared! Ya'll told me I needed a hose not a pump. I dont have an extra $800. I just paid almost $500. Thats about to be $1300. I have bills to pay. What am I going to do?!" My head was pounding due to a stress headache. I was numb. I had nothing left to say. The look on my face spoke for me. The service tech and rep both said "Let me talk with our service manager". I was taken into the office of the service manager who allowed me share my experience with him. He could see I was clearly frustrated and out of sorts. He looked at me with compassion and allowed the Lord to use hom in a mighty way. He said" for all your inconvenience can you allow me to keep your car so that I can help with getting a pump in your car". "How much is that goung to cost ", I said. He replied " I am trying to help you so no additional cost at all. I will also get you a rental for one day so that you are not left carless" My heart was so full of joy that I couldnt even cry. What a man! Thank you so much to Nissan service rep, tech, and most of all the service manager. I feel my Lord softened their hearts and they allowed it. My poor experience with patience worked out for my good. It is with great appreciation that I must say Thank you!

I have been with coggin over 25 years its always a pleasure to come into place. Weather to buy a car or get services. Now i has move to ATLANTA but that still don't stop me from coming into Florida to get my service taking care of. From the day I meant Chris he has always treated me with love. Not just me but all his customers. Thank Chris for your honesty and loyalty.
