I am writing this email to let you know how appreciative i am of one employee of yours in particular: CAMERON SMITH ALL OUR VISITS PREVIOUS TO HIS EMPLOY HAD BEEN FAR LESS THAN EXPECTED!!! There were grease marks all over the doors, dirt on the mats, the tires weren't rotated as advertised, it took a REALLY LONG time to get completed. So, you can imagine my delight to find a treasure such as Cameron the very next time we were scheduled for a servicing. Actually, these were the BEST services we have had since the purchase of our 2 year old Nissan Platinum Armada. A very, attentive, polite, and efficient Cameron Smith choreographed our sojourn at the Nissan Headquarters. He came and checked on us every 10 minutes or so, and asked if we needed anything, if we were comfortable, or he could do anything for us. Our Armada, was spotlessly CLEAN,tires rotated, and oil and filter changed changed in record time. Thank you, Cameron!! Nissan...if I were his employer I would give him a letter of PRAISE, a raise, and MAKE SURE he was treated VERY WELL to make sure he would STAY for a LONG time!!! Dorienne B.
