Lori / great service rep and fast service.

It would be nice if the service reps would acknowledge you. I waited over five minutes and not one person acknowledge my presence. Two servicemen were working with customers and the other two were sitting doing nothing. When one of the service person completed his transaction with his customer, he gathered his things and walked right past me as if I didn't exist. Once the other servicemen, was almost done with his customer and finally looked at me and told me, "he be with me after he's done". Finally, I was transferred to the serviceman in the back, who had my paperwork. I feel I could have been left 15 or 20 mins earlier, if someone would have taken the time out to say something. By the way, the service lady, Laura, did very well in initiating my paperwork on Saturday. August 22nd.

Once we connected, the service advisor got me the precise answers needed and the service department did a great job, much quicker than I expected. I don't look forward to needing service again, but certainly do look forward to working with this great North Jax crew again.

Service advisor was polite and professional. My truck was repaired in a timely manner.

The service at Coggin Nissan is outstanding. The staff is friendly and professional. Always keeps you informed.As customer you feel comfortable and at ease. Laurie Black is outstanding.. I have been to other dealers but this is the best.

Drive in service request was completed the same day. Offer of Lyft ride home. Car returned when promised.
