My service advisor Laurie Beck was outstanding. She kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. Excellent communication. Car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, especially since it had to be towed. I would return to this Coggin Nissan without hesitation. The only reason I deducted a star was because the floor mats were a little dirty when I got the car back. I only know this because I had it detailed the same day it was towed.

It took 6 hrs to get an oil change and tire rotation but the agent who helped was nice that's the only reason it was a 4 star. Also my brakes are squeaking after visit and they were not before visit. I had brakes completed a couple visits before this last one
