The 2nd time around. My experience was fabulous. Im so glad Kristyn seen i didn't want to be there for 5 hours so she ordered at shuttle to take me home. She stayed in touch with me and ordered a shuttle to pick me up and drop me off back to the dealership. Her customer service was outstanding.

The parts guy ordered my part prior to service, the part was on hand the date of service and the technicians installe the part.

Everyone was extremely helpful and i really appreciate the service provided!

I will rate Nissan a 5 stars not because of its products because sincerely in that I give them a 4 stars however because of few employees I come to know along the years of purchasing amd servicing my cars their delivery, ethics, trust and integrity is why I rate you an overall 5 stars. My service advisor for over 10 years, Mrs. Laurie Beck and the outstanding team of mechanics who have been servicing my cars. for these past yeara are your greatest assets. What can we you do better, I don't know but one thing is a fact for good usinesses to stand out from within the crowd Nissan On Atlantic Blvd, Nissan Corporation, when we take good care of our employees ( financially) our employees ) take even more ownership amd their loyalty is forever; their delivery is more than outstanding customer because they know and feel valued.
