Excellent

It was mostly great, but an apparent miscommunication caused me to return to pick up my Rogue, after leaving it for what I thought would be an early morning repair, to then find out it hadn’t been worked on at all. I had to wait another couple hours while the mechanics scrambled to get it done . Note: they DID get it done and that’s great.

All went well with the service department, however, we were told that we would have a loaner car since the service would take 2-3 hours. No loaner card was offered and my wife had to Uber to our daughter's until the service was completed.

Chris , The guy that helped me out was very quick and Efficient . He answered all of my questions that I asked and being that I’m young and barley know about cars he didn’t try to take advantage of that . He was very professional and I’d definitely would go to him again about my car .

I had my car towed in and was expecting for a longer wait period considering at the time I did not know the problem and that it was later in the day my car arrived at the facility. After I spoke with the service advisor and my car got to the back to be checked out. I had a couple things wrong with it and was prepared to have it stay overnight to be worked on the next morning in case the parts that were needed , needed to be ordered. Luckily what I needed was already in stock and I was able to get my car back and running a couple hours later. I love coming here , I never have a long time to wait and the services have been exceptional.

We continually receive excellent service by Lauri Beck. She always keeps us informed as to the status of the work to be performed and the estimated time of completion of the job. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for service on our Rogue. Thanks for your service and kudos to Laurie for her service.
