I went without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning and was greeted by roving customer service person who listened to any and all my concerns and what needed to be done that day. He took me to a person inside the facility working on a computer who looked up my record and my current lease with Coggin (this is my third lease). He then told him all my concerns to be serviced that day. It was written up and I went to get some coffee and say hello to my favorite sales person at Coggin, Nellie Morallo. Before I knew it, I received a text message that my car was ready to be picked up. It looked great with a clean washing and everything had be done that was requested. The service continues to be above the norm and I have been coming here for about 9 years. Judy Melcher

I submitted the survey before I left GA on June 16th. I hope your servers did not spam it. Antonio II, my second Rogue which Tom sold to me in August 2017, and I were at your great place to have a service check up to prepare for the nearly 800 mile ride to WV, the NW panhandle as I moved there. As always, the service was wonderful, Ms. Laurie kept me informed, and I fell asleep as usual in the rocking chair. My trip home was uneventful which means Antonio performed very very well. I will miss Coggin Nissan and pray I will find such a quality dealership and service center up here. Thank you for taking such good care of me. Kudos again to Tom Hong for selling me my red Nissan Rogue...it replaced my previous car...a used red Nissan Rogue I purchased in Newport News,VA. God bless you all. Patti Hores
