The experience I had at your service department was excellent. Laurie was very helpful and provided me red carpet customer service.. She was outstanding from beginning to end.. I couldn’t asked for anything more than what Laurie provided during the service experience.

The staff was friendly and very helpful!!! They made the repairs in the time they promised and the rep that was assigned to me even looked up a part for my Nissan on the internet that I was having trouble finding. That is going over and beyond his duty!!! Thank you!!!

Everything went great while having some maintenance done on my vehicle but when the service man tells me that stuff has to be done and it is not covered by my maintenance plan, I would like to have a copy of said maintenance plan so that I can see what they are talking about. So other than not having what my maintenance plan covers the service was great!!!

This is my 2nd review! I was treated and my 2017 Rogue received the superior service I associate with Coggin Nissan. A huge thank you to Meghan G. who facilitated my service call!
