I went in for a 100k tune up at 8am, was told by Cameron Smith, service advisor, that my car would be done by 11am. Unfortunately there was a memorial service held nearby which released balloons that flew and apparently blew up a transformer, causing the building to lose power. I wound up staying at Nisson Coggin from 8am until a little after 4pm. Cameron was very accommodating the entire time, especially under such odd and extreme circumstances. He kept me updated frequently with the status of my car/the power situation, and shuttled me to a nearby cafe to grab lunch. He did what he could to make a suck situation better. Thanks!
