Still need to improve on managing the appointments. Though having an appointment it took 3 hrs for the oil change, inspection and car wash.

The Coggin part of my visit was just fine. However, I did ask for an inspection/quote for a windshield repair/replacement; the on-site independent window guys said they checked with my insurance company and all was OK for a replacement; however, I received a written email from my insurance company specifically advising me that I had NO insurance coverage for a replacement. I feel certain that if I had replaced the windshield I would have been the one to fully pay--not the window guys or my insurance company. Certainly, a bit deceptive or a huge mis-understanding.

There was something hanging from the underneath carriage of my car, my sales lady Nelly took me directly to the service manager and he fixed it himself!

Everything was good with my service.

Great experience! Cameron was GREAT with the whole process, he had excellent customer service. He made me feel at ease and tha my car and I was in great hands ....everyone at Nissan was great and accommodating. I did not have an appointment and they still serviced my car and it was done in a timely manner. Thank you at Coggin Nissan I look forward to my next service appointment.
