Service completed in a timely manner. Coupon discounts were applied, but only after I pointed out the error. I had inluded coupons in the after hours drop off, but this service department has never applied them until I caught the oversight. Also, they appear to try to avoid eye contact whenever I show up to claim my vehicle. You have to be persistent to get someone to acknowledge you. Nothing like the quick response I get at Mazda.
