My Nissan Murano became disabled mid-drive. The instrument cluster did not function and the car would not turn off. Got the still running car flatbed towed to Coggins Service and they found the issue causing this problem. After a part was ordered, it was fixed in a couple of days and appears to be completely back in tip-top shape. I have always appreciated the excellent service I receive at Nissan service centers, and Coggins continues that tradition.

Hardvis was excellent. He explained what needed to happen. We followed the steps to make it happen and my car was well taken care of. He followed up with me at checkpoints and alerted me to when the car was going to be ready. We were able to secure a loaner vehicle and everything went smoothly. Even when bad news was given it was professional with a solution. Thank you for your professionalism. He even worked with me after his vacation a week later, I left my key in the vehicle, after two separate reps told me they couldn't help me, one would not even look. Hardvis found the key right where I said it would be.

Got there at 7 am but you didn't open till 8 am and it took 2 hours to repair a tire which should have only taken one!
