Did research online before going in. Went in to dealership Memorial Day to see the used certified vehicles. My existing Rogue was over 12 years old and needed to make another long road trip. Took a test drive and ended up buying a used 2021. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Every question I have had he has been very responsive.
