The vehicle was accepted a little before my appointment time. I liked getting the email and text about recommended services and being able to approve or disapprove what I wanted wanted to have done or not done. I did think that $714.00 to change spark plugs on a 2014 Nissan Murano is excessive.

It was mostly good and the sales rep was super helpful. He was easily the best one I’ve ever worked with. However, it took hours longer than it should have, because he was the only one I saw interacting with all the customers the entire time. Also the finance manager was super annoying, trying to push a 13% rate. I wonder how much of a bonus she would have gotten for that one. Then suddenly I’m told the offer was always 9% when she finds out I brought my own, better financing. We all know you guys add onto the bank’s wholesale rate, this is why no one trusts a dealer much less the finance manager. Next time just stay in your office and let the adults talk.Lastly, I guess “the system” was down and I couldn’t get the registration swapped from my trade in so I was sent along with a temp tag. A month later Florida still thinks I own my trade in and you guys are sending another temp tag because the system is “still slow,” which sounds like retail bs for someone dropping the ball.
