Laurie Beck is the best!

Arrived with a broken part on car (splash guard falling) called ahead and was told to bring it in. Greeted upon arrival then sent inside to wait for an advisor to write up the ticket. The ONLY advisor to even look up and acknowledge me was Lauri who was able to work me in for both the repair and an oil change!

Customer Service Rep Laurie is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

The visit was great and I plan myself a certain vehicle I wanted to test drive I was thrilled about it. Seller and the team made sure I got the satisfaction I needed so much appreciated to them. Nelly was patient and determined to make sure I left the dealership happy in a new vehicle after being told my old one would need more work than the worth of the vehicle itself.. She even went beyond her calling by making sure my new car and old car got home safe… I got way better service than I anticipated and the process was really easy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff member who worked with me kept me updated with my service and informed me what needs to be done for my car to keep it in operational condition for top performance. The service that was done on my 2020 Nissan Kicks for the transmission and brake fluid flushes were exceptional! Overall, I had a great experience with Coggin Nissan Service Department. I had a long road trip from Florida to Texas and the car ran great!
