Great service advisor in Oliver Brooks; helpful overall assessment/work estimates for recommended work, which was helpful. Did have several major items serviced in a timely manner, and very satisfiedwith the work performed.

Laurie is my service representative. She knows exactly what I need done I feel like I am family when I need my car serviced. She takes care of everything a wonderful person to deal with.

Easy to make an appointment online. I was greeted by a Service rep who directed to sho would be taking care of me for my service. Christian was attentive and gave me recommendations for service without any pressure.

Communication was good and the work was performed in a timely manner even though they had to wait for a warranty part to be delivered overnight.

My Rogue electrical system went "weird," battery seemed to be drained and nothing happened when I tried to start the engine. Tried jump-starting from two other cars with no luck. I called Laurie Beck-Butler and she assured me that she would take care of the car as soon as got the car to her. When the tow truck arrived and we tried jump-starting it again... this time it started and I was able to drive the car to Coggin on Atlantic Blvd getting there just before closing. Early next morning I got a call from Laurie, the had done a complete check all systems and it was ready to go. Great Service!
