Service Advisor, Christian Fisher, was outstanding. Brought my Pathfinder in for a recall and data on future maintenance scheduling. This was my first visit. Christian explained the process thoroughly, was friendly, and a consummate professional. He ensured my scheduled vehicle service/recall was completed promptly and kept me updated on the progress. the service was great--.BUT when arrived i had to ask some guy (sitting and not doing anything but looking at his computer) said i had to talk to another guy about my apt. i wanted to ask why he couldnt help me because the other guy was with someone and he was just sitting there.. not a good image for the public and i would think getting the costumer help would be first... this is in no way very professional.

It was what I expected. Moved on the other side of town so I hadn't been to Coggin for service in a long time. Had to come back home due to me being unhappy with the service at the other Nissan dealerships in the area. I'll be back!!!

Don’t agree with your miscellaneous charge it makes zero since if I’m already paying a 70 dollar labor fee for and oil and cabin filter change.
