Discovered Trans. leak. Called Coggin and spoke with Oliver in Service Dept. This leak was discovered in Feb. '24 after having Coggin change oil and service my 2018 Maxima on 10/3/23. Coggin had my car picked up and towed in on Saturday, and had every thing checked and found the problem, fixed it and added 1 qt. of trans. fluid. Picked it up on following Tuesday and car seems to be running fine. Oliver said the car was running fine when test driven.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived by a nice gentleman who explained they would be opening in a few minutes. He told me who my advisor was and the number on his desk. There were three other people going to the same advisor so another gentleman took me to his desk to get me situated. The wait for my car to get finished was not long at all and I was out in less then a hour. I love all the people at this car dealership. They are kind and everyone is willing to help.
