From the rep who met me upon arrival, the customer service rep and the guy who washed my car at departure, everyone was enthusiastic, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. The problem was identified, rectified and thoroughly explained. The problem was a clicking sound while accelerating and braking. A strut wasn't properly torqued at the factory (new 2023 Rogue).
