Upon arriving, I was greeted and escorted to my advisor, Mr. Oliver Brooks. He immediately attended to me as I explained the reasons I was there; even though the wifi was down. He kept me posted throughout the day and we discussed one of my concerns after the inspection. Once I signed the approval for the repair, I did not receive a notification until the vehicle was ready. It was a smooth process.
