The wrong lubricate was put into my 2024 Honda hybrid crv for the awd. It broke down the first time I drove over the dames point bridge. I had it towed in by Toyota auto care. They did an excellent job. The problem was resolved within a few days and the my Honda is currently driving well.

The visit was long but l like the service where Mr. George took me to the Cafe to have breakfast while waiting. That helps kill the waiting time. Chris was great on explaining on what needs to be done with my car and keeps me updated while waiting.

Jim Miller is very knowledgeable, professional, and made the car buying experience as simplistic as possible. I will recommend Coggin Toyota and Jim Miller to all my friends and family. A great experience all around!

My wait was 4 hours for the work being done. There were multiple services done. I did not like the extensive list of suggested items that needed to be addressed totaling $2000.

Personnel were both courteous and helpful. The WiFi system was not working thus our recall repair took 2 days.
