I came in for a oil change and Ron and his team were GREAT, they made sure I was taken care of and happy with the service. Also, Jim came by while I was waiting and made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything while I'm waiting, the employees there are great and caring for their customers. I'm happy to have chosen this dealership. Best one by far! Thank you all!

The heated seats I requested were installed. A rental car was provided at no charge, since the service was scheduled to take all day. Only one representative was available in the morning, so a lengthy wait. Worse when I returned the vehicle; 2 reps were on site and the return took well over 40 minutes.

I scheduled my van for service on Monday, 12/29/25 at 10:00 a.m. My service was only an oil change, nothing else. I actually arrived at 9:30, so I was checked in early. My van was not pulled in for the service until around 11:15 or so, and only because I complained and a manager overheard me say I wouldn't be coming back. This is the second time in a row this has happened, where the service department over-schedules service blocks and makes people wait an extraordinary amount of time. In the case of the earlier visit, I had to wait four hours. This most recent visit was about two hours. When I asked the service advisor about the time to complete, he just got annoyed with me and said they had over 200 appointments to handle. If you can't handle the volume, then don't schedule the appointments. I would have been fine coming a bit later or maybe even another day if you would actually get the work done within an hour of the appointment time. In essence, this is poor scheduling and all customers are paying for it.
