Had an 8:20 appointment for oil change and tire rotate and balance. I texted around 8:18 that I was running late because of school traffic I was right by Greenland Pines. I arrived around 8:23 and waited until 8:34 for the advisor to walk over to his desk, surprised and apologetic. Nobody bothered to check me in for him.After an hour and a half I inquired why the truck has not moved from the spot it was parked in when the porter moved it. It was explained to me that “this is the longest part of the process, assigning a technician”. I worked for Asbury for many years and I understand how this works. The service department was dead that day. I left out of there right around 11AM. I don’t like giving bad surveys or negative feedback, but it was the least guest centric experience I’ve ever had. I felt like a burden and not a customer. The technician failed to park the truck in the correct spot, not a big deal, but it was mostly his nonchalant and dismissive attitude that bothered me the most.I explained to the advisor that I know I need to get some services done as I approach 100,000 miles and I intend to do so once I get some free time after Christmas. I don’t know if I’ll be back. There are too many places to go to get service work done. I also stressed the need to get out of there quickly as I had a 3.5 hour road trip ahead of me. Didn’t matter.This will likely fall through the cracks and I’ll sound like a customer just bitching because I don’t understand. But I do understand and that is why I feel the need to bring this to light. The worst thing a business can do is forget about the people they serve, putting their interests or problems ahead of the customers. It’s retail. Get it done.If anyone cares to get more details about my experience you can call me. This is my first time leaving a negative review, because it’s the first time I felt like I was treated like someone that wasn’t going to help the numbers that month.

The wrong lubricate was put into my 2024 Honda hybrid crv for the awd. It broke down the first time I drove over the dames point bridge. I had it towed in by Toyota auto care. They did an excellent job. The problem was resolved within a few days and the my Honda is currently driving well.

The visit was long but l like the service where Mr. George took me to the Cafe to have breakfast while waiting. That helps kill the waiting time. Chris was great on explaining on what needs to be done with my car and keeps me updated while waiting.

My wait was 4 hours for the work being done. There were multiple services done. I did not like the extensive list of suggested items that needed to be addressed totaling $2000.
