Sean Wilhelm was courteous and professional -- though very busy, kept us in the loop and tried to make extended stay bearable. Finance guy was very nice. It took a long time (bottleneck on finance guys)... the car we first inquired on was sold before we can buy it (Pearl white 24 RAV4 XLE Limited). We ended up with AWD Hybrid 24 RAV4 Limited (Ruby Red). We were disappointed with the offer on our trade-in (2008 Camry)... but didn't want to extend the hassle and time for another $1000.

Overall the experience was good however the detailing on the vehicle we purchased was subpar. there was a colony of ants in the vehicle and we have been fighting them since we picked the vehicle up. not at all happy with that.
