Overall an excellent car buying experience. My only issue was the unwilliness of holding the car for 24 hours. While I understand the policy, some exceptions should be in place for online buyer coming from out of state. I was will to give deposit and send copy of bank check for full amounta d insurance binder, this is not someome just kicking the tires . I was driving 6 hours and would not make the trip without know the car is there when I arrived less then 24 hours later. With that said everything worked out well. I dealt with Aaron and have all posited praises for the services he provided. While the name escapes me at the moment the gentleman that takes care of the aftersales has nice as well(has an accent from Albania I believe ).

Ease of making an appointment online. My service advisor was very nice and knowledgeable. The wait was not too bad. I cost is always a little high but you are paying for Toyota knowledge which we trust. Any discounts or loyalty programs are always appreciated. It shows Toyota does care about loyalty.
