Zachary was amazing! He got us a great price! I am recommending everyone to Zach! The financing got a little messed up but we think it is correct now, though finance told us the cancelation of the extended products could take several weeks to months to be updated. That is a little disappointing but we also got to talking way too much during the signing of the paperwork which then we missed several things and didn't realize that the extended stuff was charged every month and would end up costing us more than what our insurance would cost us for the same services. But he did fix it and we should have noticed that we were financing just over $10K more than what we were told out the door because of the added products. He told us we have to stay with the SETF for 6 months so hopefully the credit gets refunded within that 6 months. We should have talked less and paid closer attention so that is partly on us. I absolutely LOVE my 4Runner!!! And again, can't say enough great things about Zach!

It was good. We were checked in by a service advisor other than John Schaefer because we got there earlier than our scheduled time. Both when I made the appointment and when I checked in I confirmed they would do the bumper warranty work as well as clear the error that has been on the screen in my Highlander since we purchased it. Both confirmed they would. When we came to pickup our Highlander, the screen error wasn’t on the ticket and John said they didn’t look at it. I was told I would have to get on the phone with Toyota, which would be lengthy, in order to address the issue. Isn’t this covered by our warranty and shouldn’t Coggin handle this? A bit confused as to why it is being pushed back on us to resolve when it is clearly a problem with the electronic interface.John was great - probably the best service advisor we have ever encountered though we are disappointed in Coggin Toyota’s lack of accountability in resolving the issue
