Got a key replaced left the vehicle the girls doing the rental car were very efficient. Got me in and out of there real quick. I always rent a car when I bring a car in for service because I don’t wanna sit around for several hours. The guy who checked me in Was very knowledgeable and even help me out with a question I had about the truck programming. I love that you have a greeter now we have been coming there for a few years. It would be nice if I could go straight from the greeter to the car rental Without having to see a service advisor but I’m sure you have that set up that way for a reason

I arrivedcearly w/ battery issues & was seen immediately. Work was completed quickly & professionally; I was well informed of progress. I was disappointed no followup was made on door trim. The door trim on passenger front is coming off. Coggins priced on prior visit & told me it woulld be ordered & Coggin would contact me on receipt. I have not yet been contacted.

Purchased a 2025 GR Corolla and all I can say is WOW!!!!!! Best car buying experience ever.. Anton Palaj was my salesman, and he worked overtime to get me a great deal. If you want an honest hardworking man looking out for your best interest, ask for Anton. Mr Williams in finance is also worth asking for. The Coggin Toyota dealership worked for me in every way.
