Greatly appreciate and big shoutout to Vito (Sales), Daniel and Mr Williams (Finance/Warranty) for their efforts in helping us purchase our new Sequoia. Here’s the path to our decision…Background: I have not bought a new vehicle for myself in 20 years and had been researching choices for about 2-3 weeks; we have a 2021 Volvo (wife’s car) new to us in 2023, a 2005 F250 diesel long bed, which I completed a level 3 “Bullet Proof” mods a few years ago, plus two Chevy Suburbans (01’ & 02’ grocery getters and on their last leg). After lots of discussions, we donated the Burbs, kept the truck since: 1. We didn’t need two trucks, 2. Cost is insane for replacement and, 3. Ford’s trac record in that realm is ???Chevy currently has a few lawsuits on their transmissions pending, plus my efforts to keep the 02’ running over the years (lifters, transmission, etc) have been educational. I was really looking hard at the Burbs again for space, but realized as much as a like fixing things and turning wrenches, at 62, I didn’t need the extra excitement as I run up and down the eastern seaboard visiting grandkids.This is where yous guys come in:So on a lark when I was visiting my brother in Jax, I decided to visit ur facility to test ride a Sequoia and Land Cruiser. I was greeted by Vito and I test drove the Sequoia; never made it to the Land Cruiser which is ok. He was very enthusiastic and patient as we work through the process. Once we had figured things out, I was introduced to Daniel so we could get a contract in place. He was extremely supportive and knowledgeable during this portion of the process. Once we completed our meeting, I returned the following Saturday morning with my wife so could complete the contract with Vito and Mr Williams. Mr Williams is a knowledgeable and sharp dude, and was able to fill in the blanks to my inquisitive wife wrt the warranty information. All was good after we left his office.Your Service Center provided a young man (sorry, forgot his name) and he was able to walk us through the initial set up of the MID and provide further details for down the road.Its still early, but I am very excited (and so are my family and friends) with this quality purchase; it was also very tough to come to terms with the cost of new compared to what was previously offered in the past. I had to have my vehicle towed in due to a bad starter. I spoke with Josh in the Service Dept. and he handled everything for me from the beginning to the end. Great service!

Excellent service. Service advisor Garcia was friendly and professional. Service tech was professional and knowledgeable. Waiting area was clean. Have had nothing but excellent service at this establishment for over 20 years.

Stephen S. was fantastic at his job and our entire family are so appreciative of his efforts. It was a pleasure getting to know him and working on getting a car for my daughter. Also very thankful for Justin who also was a big help and suggested some options we weren't even considering and Stephen took it form there to make it happen. Very happy with our experience and so glad we made a stop at Coggin Nissan of the Avenues.

Good service. Beaver Toyota is closer but I came to you because you were offering a mini detail service for having purchased my car a year ago. It wasn't worth it. Windows on the inside are smeared, missed spots on the dashboard and your outside wash was not working that day.

Had flat tire, so was driving on spare. Tire was fixed very quickly and maintenance requirement light rest as well. ALL done quickly and very friendly
