Quick and efficient

The process was pretty straightforward, but it did take a long while to get the actual paperwork done when at the dealership. I was surprised at how long it took, especially given I had already completely paid for the vehicle online days before going to the dealership.

Outstanding experience

I had to wait about 2.5 hours until my vehicle was ready but I didn’t have an appointment and the service reception did warn me so I guess I can’t really complain about the wait. Everything went smoothly.

Excellent service but the price is very expensive for an oil change for a small car like mine.

David made the experience as painless as any car buying experience can be and answered all of my questions. Once I was passed off to the finance folks, Speight Williams took me through that process, explaining all the title work and extended warranty options clearly.
