After my Rava4 was serviced, I asked Darius about getting my phone to display on my screen in the car. I have an android so he was not real sure on how to do it. He worked with me for about 30 minutes trying everything he knew how. He was determined to figure it out but everything he did just would not work. He kept apologizing to me. He asked me to go up front to the sales guys and ask them. So I did and the guy took less then a minute to figure it out. I want to thank Darius and the gentleman up front helping me solve that problem. Neither one of them ignored my issue and I am grateful for their determination.
