Service rep was informative and professional. Advised me of the expected wait time, etc. Completion time was sooner (~ 2 hr) than advised (up to 3 hr), so that was great! Cost was high but extra services were performed.

The service advisor Rudy Bravo did a good job on the service visit. However, the tech who was supposed to put in the software update for the recall on my Venza did not complete the process. I had to return on 29July2024 and have the software update pushed in again. Not happy. When I was leaving the dealer on 25July2024 (initial service) I noticed that the recall banner as still displaying on the screen. I asked the service advisor, who asked the tech and the tech stated "drive it five miles and it will reset" which turned out to be not accurate.

The receiving person had no eye contact and seemed as though I was more of a bother than a customer. Once Jason was back and helping me things started to improve. Jason even called me after I left to check the tire pressure light. I’ll ask for Jason when I schedule my next service appointment.

Jacob was great. Brought the car in for warranty service and Jake explained that I might be eligible for a complimentary rental. This was news to me. Great policy! I was unable to partake, because your service department was so fast, I didn’t even have the car for three hours. Only thing I wish is that I would have been offered the complimentary car wash. I failed to read the giant sign you have posted. More my fault—not yours.

Easy to make the appointment. Easy to get checked in. Good waiting space that allowed me work remotely. And service was done in good time and with good quality.
