This was an associate purchase. Jim in sales was very good. He kept me posted on the delivery of the vehicle and explained a number of the features upon delivery. He also helped get a tech up from Drfld to explain how to connect to the DashCam. Several individuals attempted to connect it but were unsuccessful.One issue I had was when I discovered a 799.00 "mistake" on my invoice. I challenged the F&I rep and we received a credit for this amount. I feel the credit of 799.00 for the delivery fees (as agreed to by the SET Associate purchase guidelines) were misrepresented as a credit for the "Optional Resistall". Since I had discussed the charges with Seth at SET, and he did not know why the Optional item was presented in this way, I updated him on what I was able to work out with Alan in F&I.

The experience was good but $600.00 plus was too much to change 6 spark plugs

Very good and knowledgeable sales personnel but processes drag out - Sales Mgr approval, Finance Mgr approval, Sales person busy with another customer so we waited and waited.Love the car and final outcome!

Although my experience was long due to system issues. The team did a great job working through it and getting me a deal that worked for us.
