Initial online appointment booking somehow got date mixed up so I had to make a 2nd appointment but was able to do so on the same day. However apparently, booking an appointment does necessarily guarantee speedier service over all!! It's my thinking that ... a basic service checkup and oil change should not take more that 60 minutes .. WITH A PRESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!
