From my first phone call, I felt completely supported for the problem I had with my battery. Alisya gave me a great tow service that was very responsive and timely (Adkison). When we arrived to the service center I wasn't expecting to have the car serviced until the following morning. But Elmedin "E" Gojkic said he was going to try to get my car checked out the same afternoon, if I was able to wait. He took great care to make sure my car was thoroughly inspected including double-checking some maintenance codes. And the final cost was within my budget, which was much appreciated. All in all, I am completely satisfied with E's professional and supportive attention, and I will certainly be back to Coggin when my vehicle needs service again. Thanks so much!

Schedule appointment for recall. Received call right before appointment that Parts not available so will have to return another day. Had oil changed but it took 3 hours. WOW. Service is good but so slow.
