Jacob handled my service well, as usual, and is always a pleasure to work with. There is a tired/rim cap that wasn’t secured well, which is mostly cosmetic, but Jacob said to order the part and come back in with it and he’ll get me taken care of. Well done, Jacob!

This location does not have my extended warranty on file. I paid for an oil change when I should not. Left E a voicemail but no response. I would like to be reimbursed.

Chris Garcia was polite and professional. Oil change took only about an hour and a half.
