It was fine, but it was interesting to know that when your car needs a part replaced that Toyota does not allow the service agent to share the part number. Pretty interesting and messed up. However, I want to note my service agent was AMAZING and I had no issue with her at all.My issue lies with the shady policies Toyota has. It is my car, my money, my choice, the fact that you would gatekeep part numbers is insane to me. If I don’t want to pay you to replace a part, that is my choice.

Had the pleasure of working with Ms. E. Aponte this visit. She was able to answer any questions I had. Kept me informed during repairs. I was made aware of additional cost to my original estimate, before I authorized the work.Unfortunately my coupon took 14 days for me to receive (received day of repairs). I could have used it.

The visit was great especially with the service staff; the only downside was the cost of the services were very high.

My car was checked in immediately upon arrival for my appointment for a tire rotation. Jacob, my service rep, was informative and let me know what would happen and approximately how long it would take. He checked with me on whether I would wait at the dealership and let me know he would stay in contact during the process.I couldn’t ask for more!
