came to get my 15k check up but they were very backed up. I offered to wait but they graciously gave me a rental to return the next day and it was also a RAV4 so that was nice. thanks for taking care of my vehicle.

Mr. Juan Bravo was a diligent gentleman and treated me in a very professional manners. When I was talking with him, he demonstrated has a lot experiences and knowledges in what he is doing.It is good to know Coggin Toyota has highly trained employees as Mr. Bravo. I would recommend him 100%.

The synthetic oil change was completed to my satisfaction and I was told one of my tires had a nail in it. Thank you for patching my tire. I did not see that notated on my paperwork. Thank you for startingthe process of replacing my windshield. Your third party vendor helped mecomplete the replacement last Friday. Myonly complaint is that I asked for a car wash but did not receive it. I also askedfor a quote for the Buy 3 Get 1 Free Tirefor my wife's 2014 Lexus RX350 and never received the bid.

I had a very limited new (to me) car budget. My sales guy, Jim Miller, never tried to pressure me into something I could not afford. Even the finance guy (Daniel I think) did not pressure me into all the extras. I was surprised when I signed the finance paperwork for almost the same as Jim and I agreed to. (I did get an extra :-) )I truly appreciated the “No pressure” experience I received from everyone!
