Service advisor, Elysia Aponte was great! Unfortunately, she received little help from parts department. It took four trips to dealership to get a window weatherstripping replaced, something that finally took only about 30 minutes to accomplish. First trip was to have problem assessed. Elysia contacted parts on a Monday to check availability of parts and was told they had it. Arrived Wednesday early and was told it was not the correct part. Back on Thursday early and this time was told part arrived but was defective. Returned Thursday afternoon to finally have part installed. Elysia was supportive, maintained communications throughout the process and probably embarrassed by the issues. I would have been!

I was very pleased with the service provided at Coggins. I was orginally a Beaver Customer but was very dissappointed with the sales leader there. He was very aggressive and did not listen to what I was trying to accomplish. Thank you and your team for working with me. I'll definately return to Coggin in the future.
