I called 3 different dealerships looking for that specific car, 1 of the dealerships was very rude and just hang the phone and the 2nd dealership did not give me options and when I called Coggin at Avenues, Karla answered the phone with a great attitude and give me options. I love Karla and Leah friendliness, good customer service, they both answer all my questions and keep me updated about the status of my car.

Ron did a great job

This is the second time I asked for a specific service check and was told it didn't need to be done.Since I have an actual concern, telling me it doesn't need done or won't be done just to speed things along is poor service.I had a scheduled 8:30 appointment and my car wasn't looked at for 2 hours.If too many appointments are stacked at the same, that appointment time should not be available.

E, my service rep was excellent. I came in for an oil chg. He sold me on an alignment, which did seem ok. That did extend the wait time, but overall the service was excellent.

Our customer service rep, D. J., was very nice. We were supposed to have Jacob, but he wasn't there. The work seems to be fine (oil change and tire rotation). The wait was long (2.5 hours).

When I arrived, the service department was ready and my vehicle was taken into the service bay promptly.
