My 1st time at Coggin and Your service department staff is polite and informative. I scheduled my service online, but I don’t think it was entered or registered as I got an email saying I missed my appointment and I did not, was there 10 mins early and the technician asked how I scheduled the appointment (online I replied) the checked that off and told me to leave the keys in the car. I was informed what the service would entail and the approximate wait time. I requested that my car be washed after service and it wasn’t on pickup 3.5 hrs later. Overall it was a good experience but please follow through with online appointment check in and please , when requested, make sure the car is washed.

Everything with the communication and sale was very easy and seamless and very responsive to our needs. My only negative perspective came after the fact when I realized the vehicle has a heavy cigarette smoke smell. My assumption is that when we test drove and when we picked it up, someone must have put heavy deodorizer/air-freshener inside. Every day since then, the smell has gotten worse and worse. I wish someone would have told us about this!

Long wait. Spare tire was left at 25 psi.
