The wait was about 2 hours.I was made aware that it will take about 1 1/2- 2hours when I got there.It would have been better when I was informed at the time of making the appointment as it would have given me foreknowledge of how long the wait is for.

Our salesman Duane Clinton was wonderful. He was so informative, got us a good deal and patiently answered all my questions. The financial person was wonderful also even though I can’t remember his name at the moment.I hope this won’t count against the above superb employees but I think your dealership needs to have some free snacks and cold water since it takes so long to buy a car.I also don’t want any of my information sold or put on Social Media.
