My back tire needed to have been replaced and Chris Horsely helped me get it fixed and out of the shop the same evening. I was having a particularly trying day, but the exceptional service really helped to turn things around for me - the little things really help to make everything better!

Great experience

I was greeted upon arrival. John, my Service Advisor, was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concern and we both came to a workable solution.Even though I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and routine inspection, my wait time in the wating room was 2 1/2 hours.I did appreciate the variety of coffee offered while I waited.

First Leah helped me decide which type of car and perks were best suited for me, then we chose 2 cars to see and drive. I wasn't planning to buy, just look and explore my options, however if I didn't get the car, it could have been gone the next day, so I bought it!!
