Easy to schedule/check-in. Only issue is the wait time. Scheduled the visit for 8 AM and waited an hour before the car even made it back. Understand there is a busy schedule but the majority of my visits seem to be waiting for the car to even get to a technician.

I am never disappointed with the service at Coggin at the Avenues. They are always professional and courteous. I have taken my Tacoma there since I bought in 2019 and will continue to take it to Coggin at the Avenues until I get my next truck. My service advisor who goes by E is knowledgeable and helpful when asking additional information about your service needs. Go to Coggin at the Avenues you will not be disappointed. Lastly it was very easy getting a service appointment.

I was greeted right away but no one could find me in the system. I finally was sent to Chris and he took great care of me. This was one of the better visits except the car wash was down and I don't like that part of my trip here
