The experience was overall excellent as usual, but I keep having an issue with difficult-to-clean stains that appear inside my vehicle after servicing likely from the hands of the mechanic. More awareness would be appreciated.

Appointment was on time. Check in was perfect. I asked for a complimentary car wash when I checked in. I had a cup of coffee from your machine which was excellent. Waited for the vehicle to be ready. Vehicle was ready, so I checked out and went outside only to notice the vehicle was not given the complimentary wash. I did not go and complain to the service adviser, I left. This is my wife car, she was sooooooo disappointed that she did not get her complimentary car wash. I went home and washed the care for her, she was happy.
