Alan Baker is great. We made contact and I appreciated how he cut the chase and was specific about the deal I wanted. Alan did in 1.5 hours by text what days with Keith Pierson, Arlington, Butler, St Augustine and Gator couldn’t do. Alan’s direct communication had me leave a deposit immediately.
